Trial Plan Refund Policy
We are unable to offer refunds on $8 trial plans. This nominal fee covers the costs associated with providing you access to our proprietary algorithm for a short-term period. The trial plan is designed to give you an opportunity to evaluate our service at a minimal investment.

 

Monthly Subscription Refund Policy
We are unable to provide refunds for monthly subscriptions. However, you maintain full control over your subscription status:

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Your access will continue until the end of the paid period, calculated from your original subscription date.

Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, please take one of the following actions prior to your next renewal date:

Direct message us through our official channels on Instagram, Discord, or Twitter
Use any other established communication method listed on our website

Cancel via your customer portal under "My Account"

Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted before your renewal date. We are unable to process refunds for renewal charges once they have been processed.

Renewal Dates
Your renewal date is based on the original date of subscription. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, your renewal will occur on the 15th of each subsequent month for monthly plans.
